2. Purpose
Puerta Verbal is a digital support tool for communication through images, text and voice. Its purpose is to help express needs, emotions, routines, ideas and everyday situations.
3. Responsible use
The user undertakes to use Puerta Verbal legally, respectfully, prudently and appropriately, without harming third parties, the service, Puerta Verbal or J. Álvarez.
4. Minors and vulnerable people
When the service is used by minors or people requiring support, supervision by a responsible adult, legal guardian, family member, educator or authorised professional is required.
5. Prohibitions
Puerta Verbal may not be used for illegal, offensive, discriminatory, fraudulent, violent, invasive or harmful purposes, or for purposes contrary to Spanish or European law.
6. Service ownership
The design, structure, organisation, texts, images, contents, operation and own elements of Puerta Verbal are protected. Copying, extracting, redistributing or exploiting the service without express authorisation is not permitted except as allowed by law.
7. Liability
Puerta Verbal is a support tool. It does not replace medical, psychological, educational, therapeutic, legal or professional care. Important decisions must be reviewed by responsible persons or qualified professionals.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable Spanish and European law, including rules on consumers, data protection, digital services and intellectual property.

Puerta Verbal provides support through pictograms, images, words and organised expressions to make daily communication easier.
2. Voice and reading
The service can play texts using the system voice to help express messages, needs, emotions or selected phrases.
3. Languages
Puerta Verbal may offer language selection to adapt the experience to different users and family, educational or personal contexts.
4. Stages and profiles
The system may organise content by stages, profiles or needs, allowing a more orderly and adapted experience.
5. Tutor or responsible person
The tutor or responsible person may configure, review or adapt the system according to the user’s needs, always respecting their dignity, privacy and wellbeing.
6. Availability
Puerta Verbal will try to keep the service active, stable and secure, although interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical improvements, external incidents or force majeure.
